James is an associate attorney with Halloin Law Group, S.C. His practice focuses on construction litigation, insurance claims and recovery, business litigation, and real estate litigation.
Prior to joining Halloin Law Group, S.C., James worked as a law clerk at a national nonprofit organization based in the Omaha, Nebraska area, dedicated to helping underprivileged children. He earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law, and his bachelor’s degree from Creighton University.
James J. Irvine has been selected by Super Lawyers to the 2019 Wisconsin Rising Stars list. Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, honors attorneys who exhibit excellence in the practice of law. Every year, attorneys are selected through a multiphase process based on nominations, independent research and peer evaluations.
